JACKSON - Mississippi Insurance Commissioner George Dale, along with insurance commissioners from Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee, is auctioning jewelry on eBay through October 29. The jewelry was recovered in connection with the Martin Frankel case.
