BestJewelryBoutique.com does not play games and opening charges a flat shipping charge for orders up to 1 pound using USPS only, and thereby we keep our prices low and likely save you money in the long run! Shipping in the US is only a flat fee of $7.99 for ground USPS shipping up to one (1) pound, any package over 1 pound will be charged the fees shown on the site at the time of purchase which are USPS or UPS fees plus a small handling fee. Shipping to Canada is only $12.00 for ground USPS shipping up to 1 pound, international shipping is only $18.00 for regular USPS shipping and up to one(1) pound over a pound it will be treated as with the domestic shipments which is a calculated price plus a small handling fee. We have automated shipping rates on the site that will provide the shipping rates for UPS and USPS on the fly. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. We do know that USA customers do incur up to a 7.5% custom fee, which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!

We ship using all of the major parcel carriers including, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Airborne whichever is best (we are the final judge of shipping methods when non-priority shipping methods are chosen) for each individual package need. Our standard parcel carrier is USPS and we usually ship USPS Priority mail. Heavy shipments such as a large shipment of magnetic jewelry are usually sent UPS but you can choose from the rates offered to you. If it is legal to ship to a country we will do it! We ship to APO and other military locations although these packages cannot be insured and per law they cannot be tracked.

We are not responsible for misdirected shipments, lost shipments, stolen shipments, or damaged shipments unless you pay insurance and reported the damage or loss within 3 days of delivery. We strongly encourage you to use UPS for its insurance and strong tractability and if you use USPS we strongly encourage you purchase insurance. If a shipment comes back to us because of a bad address you provided you will be responsible for the cost of the return item if we are charged such cost by UPS or the carrier being used.

All orders are shipped using address provided by you and verified electronically using the US Postal Service AIS Database and or UPS address verification; although even with these tools we cannot guarantee 100% that the items will not be returned for bad address as these system are not 100% foolproof and we offer them only as a guidance for you. If the shipping address cannot be verified using the USPS AIS and/or UPS address verification, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again and the cost of the returned package if it returns to us.

Our shipment using FedEx or UPS includes $100 shipping insurance but not if we use USPS. We encourage the purchase of additional insurance when using USPS, and anything over $100 with any shipper should also be insured as our shipments are FOB Miami, Florida, USA.
